Terms & conditions

Last updated: 27 October 2026

1. Who we are

roxana.gmgwebcare.ro (the “Site”) is operated by Atelier, whose registered address is (“we”, “us”, “Atelier”). You can contact us at contact@example.com.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through the Site. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 and accept these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Returns Policy. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

3. Products and personalisation

Our jewellery is handmade to order. Minor variations in colour, texture or dimension from the photographs are inherent in handwork and are not defects. The engraved text, font, metal and size are those you select in the configurator and confirm in the preview we email you; you are responsible for the accuracy of the text (spelling, dates, initials). Once the preview is confirmed, or after 24 hours without a reply, production begins and changes are no longer possible.

We may decline to engrave content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party rights (including trade marks), with a full refund.

4. Ordering and the contract

The display of products on the Site is an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy; the contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline an order (for example because of an obvious pricing error, material unavailability or suspected fraud), in which case we refund any amount paid in full.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in GBP and, indicatively, in other currencies at the daily rate; the amount charged is the one shown at checkout in the currency you select. Prices include VAT where applicable. Payment is due in full at the time of ordering, by card (processed by Stripe — we do not store card details) or by bank transfer within 3 working days; production starts when payment is received. Promotional codes cannot be combined and apply according to their stated conditions.

6. Delivery

Timescales, costs and conditions are set out on our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Risk in the goods passes to you on physical delivery of the parcel; title passes on payment in full. Import charges outside the United Kingdom are the recipient’s responsibility.

7. Cancellation and returns

For non-personalised products you have the right to cancel within 30 days of receipt. Personalised products (engraved, made to size) are exempt from the right to cancel under Regulation 28(1)(b) of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Details and procedure in Returns & exchanges.

8. Guarantee and liability

Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our liability to you is limited to the price paid for the order concerned; we are not liable for business losses or indirect losses.

9. Intellectual property

The designs, photographs and text on the Site belong to Atelier and may not be reproduced without written consent. By submitting text, an image or handwriting for engraving you warrant that you are entitled to use it and grant us a licence limited to fulfilling your order.

10. Accounts and use of the Site

You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Fraudulent use of the Site, automated data extraction and the introduction of harmful code are prohibited.

11. Complaints and disputes

Please write to contact@example.com first; we respond within 5 working days. If we cannot resolve the matter, EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform, and Romanian consumers may contact ANPC.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction; if you are a consumer resident in the EU or Romania you also benefit from the mandatory rules and courts of your country.

13. Changes

We may update these terms; the version applying to an order is the one in force on the date the order is placed.
