Making time

Our pieces are made to order. Making time is 5–7 working days from engraving confirmation (for bank transfer, from receipt of payment). Each product page shows its exact lead time. If you need a piece by a specific date, tell us at checkout — we will do our best.

Delivery methods and costs

The exact cost is calculated at checkout by destination country. Delivery is free on orders over £150.00 in the zones marked as such.

• United Kingdom — Royal Mail Tracked / Special Delivery, 1–3 working days from dispatch.
• Romania — express courier (DHL Express), 2–4 working days from dispatch.
• European Union — international courier, 3–6 working days.
• Rest of the world — international courier, 5–10 working days.

Tracking and signature

All parcels are insured and delivered against signature. You receive the tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop and can check it any time at Track your order.

Customs and import charges

Deliveries outside the United Kingdom may attract import duties or local VAT, set by the destination country’s authorities and payable by the recipient. We cannot estimate or control these. For Romania and the EU the courier usually invoices them before delivery.

Delayed or damaged parcels

If a parcel is more than 5 working days late against the estimate, or arrives damaged, email contact@example.com with your order number and photos. We open a claim with the carrier and, if the piece is lost or damaged, we remake it or refund you — the risk in transit is ours, not yours.
